Qualifications:

Proven experience in education, coaching, or mentoring—ideally within a non-traditional learning environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build meaningful connections.
Creativity and flexibility to adapt teaching methods to suit each student’s unique needs.
A background in education or a related field is preferred, but a commitment to continuous learning and growth is essential.
